Harcourt Investment Consulting AG is highly aware of its responsibility to its stakeholders comprising of shareholders, clients, partners, employees and to the broader social environment. Sustainability is a key factor determining the long-term success of a company. We therefore consider Corporate Sustainability an integral part of our company culture and identity. As an employer of more than 70 people and as a reliable partner for our clients and partners, we set with our sustainability guidelines the framework for improving economic efficiency, environmental awareness and social responsibility.

With our program Harcourt Engagement we take internal and external action in the social, environmental and economic area of sustainability. The dynamic process of setting and improving our sustainability guidelines is supported by intensive discussions with our stakeholders, internal workshops and the implementation of internal policies.
